Senior Service Delivery Manager - Service Introduction, ITIL, Service Desk
A Senior Service Delivery Manager is required by leading insurance business to work on the design and implementation of a new Service Desk, Service Management Tool and new Service Management processes across the business.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need the following experience:
*Must be process orientated and a delivery focussed individual with experience specifically around IT Service Introduction (through to BAU), IT Service Improvement and Service desk transformation programmes.
*Must have live IT Service operations experience, or supporting a range of technology services
*Any exposure to implementing various Service Management tools would be highly desirable
*Any insurance or financial services experience would be very advantageous for this role.
