Description
An Engagement Consultant is required in Chesterfield to work with our customer to set up and deliver a macro testing process.
This will be for a period of 3 months where you will be required to co-ordinate and facilitate Testers to follow test scripts and report on whether their aligned macros work on the new Windows 10 build.
Key Tasks
- Initiation and set-up
- Create a Terms of Reference for the Tester role
- Create scene setting communication emails for Managers and Testers
- Create the Scheduling Process including invitation management
- Create, schedule and deliver an induction session for the testers
- Create a reporting template and process
- Track, monitor and report on the testing
- Schedule the testers
- Provide facilitation of the testers during the test day
- Collate test reports
Skills Required
- Proven track record of setting up and delivering business engagement activities for IT projects
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability at managing relationships and influencing senior people
- Excellent document writing skills
- First class communication skills at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Recognised project management qualification eg PRINCE2
