Senior Behaviour Research Analyst 6 month contract £450 per day - Canary WharfWith experience of Behavioural Science, you will be working with the Behavioural Economics and Data Science Division to deliver a new and exciting high-profile project.
Working with partners and world-leading academics on topics of interest, you will be helping Clients to make them aware of potential problems before they emerge, and leading smart policy interventions.
Insights in Practice Programme working with partners to use and embed behaviour science techniques, key lessons and skills in key strategic aspects, specifically focused on supporting Behavioural Insights in Practice Projects.
You will work with:
- Dedicated behavioural economics team.
- Using cutting edge research to influence and shape
- Insights on experimental design and data science;
- Reviewing a range of the latest research in applied psychology.
Your experience will include:
- Degree in a behavioural science discipline or proven experience applying behavioural insights in your career;
- Experience in delivering research, demonstrated through educational or employment experience.
- Ability to present and influence internal and external stakeholders through clear communications and innovative influencing techniques;
- Good judgement and the confidence, discipline and intellectual ability to deliver in a demanding environment.
- The ability to make logical and timely decisions, cutting through complexity and seeing the big picture;
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team and to engage constructively with others in the team who may have different academic backgrounds.
Desirable
- Experience of working on financial services markets and/or an understanding of financial services, policies and regulation;
- Experience or understanding of how a public sector organisation creates Policy.
- Experience with randomised controlled trials either through field or laboratory trials.
