Business Analyst
Business Analysts have a senior role as working with both business and IT.
You will participate in the whole life cycle of BSS delivery; from business problem identification to research.
Your goal will be to make sure that solution requirements balance expectations from both the business and IT perspectives. You will work as a team member alongside Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Software Architects, Programmers. Your job is all about listening, eliciting, researching, creating and communicating.
We are looking for
- Strategic and system thinking
- Ability to adapt to different kind of project models and learn a new domain
- A good understanding of the business requirements, both functional and non-functional, and an organized, analytical approach to problem-solving
- A broad technical knowledge, as well as deep understanding of business processes, data models and enterprise architecture
- A desire and ability to make sense of complex issues and to clearly communicate ideas to customers, executive staff, business sponsors and technical resources
- Experience in supporting multiple projects going through the software development process and systems development life cycles
- Telco/CSP business domain knowledge is of benefit
- Fluent English, Spanish
