We are looking for one "PeopleSoft Technical Consultant" to start ASAP a contract until December 2017 (max 86 days), due to "annual budget year"-reasons, initial, extensions possible in ROME (internat. Org'-client = EN-speaking environment). Our client is a world-famous international Organisation and a great reference in any CV!
As part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Team, the incumbent will deliver solutions for the development, implementation, evolution and support of the functionality and integrity of our client's ERP system. Also, the incumbent will provide day-to-day technical and functional support to the ERP system, primarily in the areas of Finance and Human Resources.

TASKS
Development
- Develop various integrations between PeopleSoft and other client Corporate Systems
- Develop an integration between PeopleSoft Project Costing and MS SharePoint
- Write test scripts and supervise testing activities of any delivered solutions
- Deliver full technical documentation of any delivered solutions
- Provide post go live support of any delivered solutions
Support
- Provide ongoing functional support to ERP systems including problem resolution and data-fixing, application changes and enhancements
- Provide ongoing technical support to ERP systems including problem resolution and bug-fixing, application changes and enhancements
- Perform other related duties as required.
SKILLS
Qualification and experience
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline with at least five years of professional work experience in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft ERP
Functional Requirements
- Experience in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft Financial modules including General Ledger, AP/PO, Assets, Expenses, Budget, Commitment Control, and Cash Management
- Experience in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft HCM modules including HR Core, GP Payroll, e-Recruiting, e-Performance
Technical Requirements:
- Essential: Knowledge and Experience of Integration Broker and Web services
- Experience with People Tools 8.5x
- Experience of PeopleCode including Application Packages
- Experience with PeopleSoft FIN/HCM 9.X
- Application Engine and Component Interface
- Experience with nVision, PeopleSoft Query and tree
- Experience with SQL on Oracle database
- Experience with OBIEE reporting tool would be advantageous
Languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English essential.
