Description
I am recruiting for someone to join a large organisation in Norwich to help assist with the following:
* To work with various bodies to agree honorary contracts for the Planning Team.
* To explore the gaps and opportunities identified via the stakeholder workshops
* To develop an implementation plan for the creation of an IDT using feedback from the stakeholder workshops with agreed timescales for specific milestones.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
A minimum of 4 years post qualifying experience within NHS or social care
A minimum of 3 years management experience.
Experience of Budget Management and an understanding of Strategic Financial Planning.
Experience of developing and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
Demonstrable experience of managing change
Be able to lead and motivate staff and to implement change.
Be able to influence, negotiate and work across professional boundaries at different levels.
Be able to communicate clearly and appropriately with partners in other organisations, colleagues and staff and to inspire confidence and respect from others.
Able to chair meetings effectively.
Able to plan, prioritise and manage workloads.
Be able to prepare and present reports and other documents.
Able to work within a complex environment and demonstrate a high level of perseverance, commitment to seeing plans through to implementation.
Able to gather qualitative and quantitative information and analyse objectively.
This is a 3 month contract paying £33 PPH start ASAP
