Supplier Assurance Manager
A consultancy requires 3 x Supplier Assurance Managers to support an engagement with a financial services client. The role will involve identifying, assessing and managing third party and vendor risk - this will include looking at vendor cost effectiveness, cost frameworks and assessing the vendor efficiency.
The role will also involve doing a control requirements assessment and conducting controls testing with procurement to assess all third party suppliers. You would be working with the consultancy to build a standardised approach to assess third party vendors so that they can use this when on boarding new vendors in the future.
Ideal candidate experience would include:
- Ex Big 4 consultancy
- Audit Risk and Controls
- Cyber Security
- Procurement
- Category Management or Vendor selection
- Building controls frameworks
The role will be on 12 month contract paying up to £400 per day
