Strategic E-procurement consultant - Contract - Based Sweden
Profile:
Sourcing manager with a well-established understanding of IT, preferable with competence within categories such as Software, Cloud Software, Consultancy and Telecom. Also important with experience from sourcing IT projects where both system and implementations are in scope. It is positive if the resource has experience from Assa Abloy, alternatively other global, decentralized companies in a manufacturing industry.
Scope of Work:
The work will consist of two main areas
a) Maintaining categories, contract maintenance and renewals
b) Lead IT sourcing within specific projects
Example of projects:
- Global P2P system and implementation sourcing
- HR IT support
- GDPR driven contract management.
Example of category management:
Benchmarking reports on Global IT category trends, contribute with best-in-class IT category strategies
SW & Cloud
Evaluate and potentially introduce a third party maintenance supplier to some of the larger SW suppliers
Determine and implement strategic relevant contracts for local vs global contract setups
Study and potentially reduce supplier base
Contract management of broker contract
Determine and potentially reduce supplier base
