Description
For our client, a leading automotive firm based in Sweden, we are looking for a senor Scrum master & Agile coach to work on initial 6 month contract, based on site in Sweden.
This is a great opportunity where you will take on a key role in coaching new resources as well as the product owners in agile ways of working, you will be a leader, driver, coach & team member at all once.
Skills needed for this role are:
- tester or developer experience in agile environment
- worked as as Scrum master for several teams, and more than one at a time.
- you understand team profiling (personality & competence)
- familiar with team development & assessment such as: Wheelan, Belbin etc.
- Experience of automotive industry
Please note you will need to be eligible to work on site in Sweden without Visa.
