Enterprise Architect - Telecom/IT/BSS/CRM/Transformation/Digital/Salesforce/eTOM
Our global client is undergoing a radical digital transformation programme to leverage omnichannel experiences and create a competitive advantage through digital selling capabilities and 24/7 customer self care.
We require an Enterprise Architect to join the project to ensure the design and technical integration activities are conducted to industry best practice.
You will be responsible for working on multiple work streams, gathering and consolidating functional and technical requirements from the business vision and strategy in order to define the overall solution architecture.
Previous experience of working in large enterprise environments within the telecoms domain is essential.
BSS/CRM experience is required.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and solid experience of current technologies and architectural principles.
