Extra Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Procurement consultant with strong sourcing skills. As procurement consultant, you should be confident in all types of purchasing categories, also there will be a higher focus on HR services related purchases and Finance/Tax. This role is a combination of sourcing tasks including tendering services out & operational tasks.
Other Key Responsibilities Include.
- Establish evaluation processes.
- Identify and build on areas for improvements.
- Ensure that all contract templates are up to date.
- Keep contract management systems updated with any new data.
- Ensure that all areas of risk mitigation are addressed (with support from legal teams)
- Aid the development, testing, integration and roll-out of E-procurement solution enhancements.
- Oversee catalogue updates.
- Provide expertise on E-procurement solutions
Required Skills:
- Project Management skills
- Strong understanding of sourcing implications.
- Good Knowledge of Contacts Managements
- RFI, RFP AND E-procurement process sourcing skills
- Ability to perform total cost analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Must be confident with giving presentations.
Duration: 3 - 4 Months (+ Possible Extension)
