Your mission:
Support the IT Financial Control team for specific projects and monthly tasks.
Key activities:
*Assess current state and define a streamlined, structured and simplified process to IT Finance data base tool to replace current data base managed via multiple files excel. manage IT vendor contracts and invoices cost allocation, accruals and monthly closing activities.
*Support in defining requirements for a new
*Support in designing a financial monthly reporting deck based on management reporting system to be provided monthly to IT department stakeholders.
*Develop a repeatable, sustainable process to provide drill down capability and facilitate analysis of month and year to date balances in Luxembourg financial reports.
*Support the month-end control process of the balance sheet accruals for IT Vendor costs.
*Support the annual plan process and quarterly financial forecasts for IT departmental stakeholders.
Profile:
*Degree in finance or accounting
*Chartered Accountant
*4+ years experience in a Finance and/or Accounting role in a similar business environment
*Experience in Financial Controlling would be considered as a strong asset
Technical skills:
*Computer skills - excellent MS Office
*Visual Basic is an advantage

*Very good level of English and French (written and oral),
*Attention to detail to ensure data integrity
*Must be able to deal with a variety of issues on a concurrent basis
*Ability to work to tight timelines
