My Krakow-based client is keen on getting an experienced professional to join them on an initial 6 month contract as a HR Service desk analyst. My client is seeking a HR analyst with 2-3 years experience
You must be able to speak FRENCH or GERMAN fluently as well as English, and be available to start ASAP on site in Krakow!
As a HR Service desk analyst, you will need the following skills:
- Conduct periodic audits across LoBs to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and CoE processes
- Prepare reports periodically for the CoE review with the Senior Management
- Study the HR plan and understand requirements from the CoE
