Description
This a fantastic opportunity for a senior marketeer to take on the role of VP of Marketing for a fast growth start-up in the adult consumer electronics market. You will develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy with the aim to catapult brand awareness, loyalty and support exponential sales growth.
Your role as VP of Marketing will sit between the Sales and Product Development teams so you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both of these groups. You will coordinate both qualitative and quantitative research studies on the business' users and competitors, which can be fed back to the product team to help them to develop new features. As guardian of the brand you will also work closely with global PR partners and sales teams.
We're looking for:
- 8-10+ years of product marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success creating cross-channel campaigns for sales growth and brand awareness
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn research into actionable insights.
- A self-starter who is has the ability to set strategy, build programs from scratch, but also can roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You'll also need to have a sense of fun and the ability to communicate sensitive topics with ease.
