Senior Project Manager - Workshop development/manage external agency - Based Sweden

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager.
Background:
Coordination of storytelling workshops that should be conducted with all INGKA markets and global communicators at Our client. (Ideally, want to implement the workshops and storytelling support with all markets within 6 months.) they have started pilots. 3 are complete - 1 agency, 1 market (Portugal) and 1 global group. They are bringing on-board an agency to help implement the workshop approach.
Tasks:
Ensuring follow up with teams who have participated in workshops to track results of storytelling implementation and adoption. Done in partnership with the implementation agency - the PM would need to manage them, ensure no one is missed, and would help share the results internally.
Refinements to the storytelling tools we've developed, based on user feedback and ongoing learning. There is an active SME project team (albeit, not 100% dedicated to this initiative) who has been involved in the development to date. The PM and Our client process developer would continue to work with them.
Management of agency partners who will be responsible for editorial calendar and content on the storytelling resource hub on INSIDE.
Budget control, status updates - this initiative has been identified as a game-changer in the Amplify portfolio, so will require short presentations to the process steering group on a monthly level.
The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
Lead and coordinate efforts to fulfil assignment above in cooperation with stakeholders within the Amplify process of Our client.
Requirements:
Knowledge
Good general PM and coordination knowledge and experience, great stakeholder and presentation skills, great interest and experience of working with marketing related projects.
Experience in
Similar marketing projects focused on workshop (or similar) development. Experience from managing and following up external agencies/vendors and reporting to senior managers.
Other skills
High energy and drive and being an outgoing person who has easy to connect is of importance.
