THE ROLE
A leading London based insurer is looking for a data analyst to work on a global finance transformation programme. The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for delivering the data deliverables, as defined within the project plan, to enable the implementation of Hyperion Planning. The Data Analyst will also be responsible for any additional data deliverables added to the scope of the programme yet to be determined. Furthermore, the Data Analyst will consult and work in conjunction with divisional deployment teams, Finance organisation SMEs and process owners in delivering the data deliverables for Finance Transformation Programme.
You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of all aspects of the Data work stream to ensure Programme outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
Specifically:
- Develop mechanisms to enable dynamic extraction of data sources necessary to achieve the effective enablement of the key components of the architecture (eg Actual General ledger balances, prior year budget data, and Workday data).
- Design approaches for and execute data conversion and reconciliation.
- Provide input on the delivery of the Release 2 data conversion into Hyperion Planning across all divisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication to the Data Lead over issues and progress.
