Payroll System Implementation Lead - CONTRACT - London
Payroll System Implementation Lead with vast experience in full life cycle project management of Payroll Systems Procurement, Implementation, Integration, Change Management and Post Go-Live is required on a contract basis by prestigious not for profit sector organisation based in Central London.
The selected candidate will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with the HR Director and Project teams as they embark on a large project to bring their current payroll solution in-house from a 3rd party supplier. It is a complicated project as this will also involve the merging of a number of regional division's payrolls on to the newly selected platform.
Key Skills:
Payroll system implementation and integration experience - ideally with experience of project managing several implementations with multiple recognised payroll system brands (Sage, ADP, Cascade, etc.)
Procurement and selection of payroll systems experience, including building relationships with and managing the selected vendor.
Experience of working as project workstream lead in conjunction with other work streams to meet tight deadlines
Recent and up to date payroll knowledge and expertise and ability to impart knowledge in a pragmatic, clear and succinct manner to non-experts
Appreciation of cultural change associated with system change/implementation projects.
