Scrum Master
I am urgently looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join my clients site in The Hague. This is a long term contract with great rates.
The ideal Scrum Master:
- Facilitates Scrum events when asked or required, with regard to the development team
- Coaches the Development Team in the field of self-organization and multidisciplinary work, in which the Scrum Master knows how to act based on the maturity of the team
- Helps the development team to create high value products
- Helps removing impediments in the progress of the Development Team
- Facilitates Scrum events (such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, refinements, retrospectives) when asked or required
- Coaches the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum has not yet been fully incorporated and understood.
