For one of our clients we are currently looking for aYour Skills:
• Long-term experience in IT project management preferably within a validated environment (Pharma or Life Science industry)
• Practical experience with the implementation of archiving solutions in an SAP environment
• Knowledge in legal and regulatory document archiving requirements
• Profound knowledge in project management methodology
• Experience in the design and execution of workshops
• Skills in elaborating target-group-specific presentations, decision-making aids and status reports
• Business fluent English and German
• Strong administration, coordination and communication skills
• Committed, conscientious and independent way of working
Your Task:
Responsible management of a global project for the implementation of a new, client wide archiving solution with the following activities:
• Project planning and project setup
• Issue-, risk-, change- and resource management
• Monitoring of compliance of the implemented solution with local laws and regulations
• Controlling and reporting
• Design, preparation and execution of workshops
• Compiling of status reports for different stakeholders (e. g. steering committee), management presentations and decision making aids
• Project documentation
• Reporting to steering committee and line management
• Project budget approx. 10 Mio €
Start: 01.11.2017
Duration: 12 Month + Option
