Web Application Project Manager - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Web Portal deployment in the field of Funds Services:
- Ideally in Private Equity & Real Estate
- Technical competencies: Skills and proven records on the following technologies:
- Oracle, Unix, PL/SQL, Javascript, Vb .Net, Web Services
- eFront FIA platforms would be considered as a strong asset
- Architecture design
- Functional/Business competencies:
- Knowledge in Private Equity and/or Real Estate Funds is an advantage
- Perform analysis
- Assist users/operations during test phases
- Liaise with customer IT teams and system providers when appropriate
Description of work:
- Gather existing documentation (previous project of Web Portal stop at POC level)
- Produce architecture documentation with template
- Produce planning of implementation including all stakeholders and dependency
- Management of escalation process in case of conflict between parties
- Produce and maintaining dashboards with status and monitoring of progress
- Produce Project Management Plan
- Produce all documents related to the Best Practices and Quality guidelines:
- List and template of documents will be provided
