Description

My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who has specific experience with Web Portal Deployments and who also has Private Equity and Real Estate experience.

The Mission:

The IT Project Manager will have to Coordinate the IT implementation of the portal and to collaborate with:

  • The Application Manager of the IT platform
  • The Lux architecture Team (transversal team)
  • The Vendor of the solution (eFront)
  • The PE&RE Business lines feeding the portal
  • The business locations that will use the Portal
  • To Collect information to the above interlocutors,
  • To Write technical documents,
  • To Contribute to Technical Committee,
  • To Pilot the relation with the Vendor and its SME
  • To Contribute to deliver the expected results (Web Portal) and to participate in researching and resolving issues.

For each item, the following components must be described:

  • Service Activity
  • Provider Deliverables
  • Timing when applicable
  • PKI and performance indicators when applicable
  • Dependencies on Provider and/or Third Parties

Required Skills

  • previous experience in a Web Portal deployment in the field of Funds Services and ideally in Private Equity & Real Estate

Technical competencies: Skills and proven records on the following technologies

  • Oracle, Unix, PL/SQL, Javascript, Vb .Net, Web Services,
  • eFront FIA platforms, would be considered as a strong asset
  • Architecture design

Functional/Business competencies:

  • knowledge in Private Equity and/or Real Estate Funds
  • perform analysis
  • assist users/operations during test phases
  • liaise with customer IT teams and system providers when appropriate

Soft skills:

  • Analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Result-driven, teamwork, and taking initiatives
  • Very good writing skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experienced in project management

Description of assignment

English language

The assignment includes

  • Gathering of existing documentation (previous project of Web Portal stop at POC level)
  • Producing architecture documentation with BP2S template
  • Producing planning of implementation including all stakeholders and dependency
  • Management of escalation process in case of conflict between parties
  • Producing and maintaining Dashboards with status and monitoring of progress
  • Producing a Project Management Plan
  • Producing all documents related to the Best Practices and Quality guidelines (list and template of documents will be provided)
