We are looking for a
Resident Engineer (m/f)

Place: in Baden-Württemberg

Your tasks:
  • Project support at customer location, internal and external development support
  • Organise and process part and documentation release within customer systems
  • Create vehicle calibration files with specific tools (CALDS, ActiveCAL, XML/Eve etc.)
  • Prototype coordination and tracking
  • Create/update technical specifications for and together with the customer
  • Attend in and organise technical meetings
  • Conduct functional testing and integration validation tests
  • Requirement/system engineering support
  • Support and coordinate field return analysis (warranty)
  • Software issue reporting and tracking using tools (ESIMS, PRTS)
  • Update, run and configure electrical modules (DPS, CANoe, MOST MOCCA etc.)
  • Create and track electrical work orders or change requests


Your qualifications
  • Bachelor or master degree in electronics engineering
  • Professional experience in automotive product development at OEM
  • Experience in using different PC-based tools (MS Office etc.)
  • Experience in using specific tools (E², CALDS, Eve, DPS etc.)
  • Experience in automotive communication systems and diagnosis (CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet)
  • Good technical knowledge of embedded electronics, hardware, software and mechanical integration
  • Customer oriented, pro-active and independent way of working
  • Ability and will to work in a global development team
  • Good German and very good English language skills (global development team)
