My global blue chip client is looking for a skilled Global Reward Manager/Compensation Specalist skilled in applying standard reward tools which enable businesses to reach their own solutions within a common framework.
The job has a varied portfolio of clients and projects and is key in both cost control on benefit spend and ensuring that we provide market competitive benefit packages globally.
Experience
Thorough understanding of the reward specialism and understanding how it is integrated with other sub-disciplines within the HR function and how it can support business success
Strong comprehension and analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage a varied portfolio prioritising conflicting demands
International reward experience is desired.
Other
Advanced level of knowledge in all reward areas: base pay management, Compensation & Benefits.
Knowledge of the compliance, regulatory, legal and social requirements of pension and benefits in an international context
