Finance Business Partner
6 month contract
Milton Keynes
£340-£360 per day
outside IR35
Minimum clearance: SC cleared
Skills/Experience Required
Essential:
- Qualified in a main body accounting qualification eg CIMA, ACCA, ACA with 2+ years PQE
- Previous Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally in a Matrix organisation
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organisational levels, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
- Experience of operating in a project accounting environment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and manage own deadlines whilst being flexible to the requirements of the business
- IT literate, in particular strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Ability to provide informative commentary on performance, with content tailored to reflect audience requirements
- A blend of skills that go beyond technical aspects of the role including soft skills such as relationship building, influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution
Desirable:
- Familiarity of Principle and Governance of managing Public Money
- Knowledge of Oracle Projects software
