Description
The SCRUM master will be driving in implementing the SCRUM methodology across online projects.
You will work with teams such as E-commerce working with product owners, marketing departments, customer service department and developers. The assignment also includes carefully following up and continuously pushing projects forward.
Candidates will have:
* Post-secondary education in IT or project management
* Good technical understanding, where you can familiarize yourself with the developers' problems as well as question the estimate and solution
* Experience of running development projects (from requirements gathering to finished product)
* Work experience from web agency, E-commerce company etc.
* Keen interest in product development
* Is fluent in the Swedish and English languages
* Is SCRUM-certified
Candidates should have 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
