The client is a major player in financial services. The right candidate will be initiated as a Communications Manager and will responsible for the management of a range of pensions and investment products sold within the organisation. The role will involve assessing the current product range to ensure they meet customer expectations.
The successful candidates will have experience in:
- Evaluating and assessing customer communication material for the product range
- Producing new customer communications
- Reviewing customer data
- Pensions products
- Business Analysis
- Documentation of existing customer outputs
- Product Management
- Outline customer communication standards
- Addressing differences between current products and defined standards
- Recommending and delivering continuous improvements within the customer outputs world.
