Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner
Job description:
The IT team is looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about executing the design, execution and strategy for effective, scalable IT solution in the area of Salesforce integration. The PO works closely with Global SME's to translate requirements into a prioritized backlog of User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, define business value scores and success measures.
Accountable for driving their respective squad.
Accountable for carrying out business gathering for their respective squad.
Workflow analysis, gap analysis, functional specs and backlog management:
Write and prioritize user stories, keeping the Minimum Viable Product
Ability to do some mock-up configuration within salesforce to confirm business need
Ensure the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations
Communicate often and openly with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts, email and JIRA
Interface with Salesforce Master developer on salesforce design solution
Accept finished stories in a timely manner so that any changes or rejections can be handled by the team further development
Accountable for doing sprint demo to business and get commitment that proposed solution meets business needs
Accountable for carrying out testing requirements: test case development, performance and load testing, End to End testing, and functional/regression testing.
Accountable for carrying training requirements gathering: partner with WalkMe to develop Online Interactive module training
Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies utilizing Agile methodology
Experience:
7+ years' experience in systems support/development applying systems solutions to business problems.
5+ years' experience in implementing salesforce.com solution for Sales and Marketing processes.
Nice to have:
Experience with Agile/Scrum Techniques and tools like JIRA (Writing user stories in particular is a big selling point)
Experience in implementing other salesforce.com product such as Communities, Service or Marketing Cloud is a strong plus.
