Description
I am recruiting for a global brand looking to add a Financial Reporting Accountant to their team.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accuracy of data input into internal systems, including month-end
- Ensuring all changes in data on the internal systems are in accordance with IFRS 16 guidelines
- Identifying errors and reconciling differences in accounts where required
- Liaising with auditors regarding leases during quarterly and year-end audits
- Identifying leases not subject to IFRS 16 guidelines and ensuring current, correct processes are maintained
- Completing budget figures and explaining variances within them as a result of the transition to IFRS 16
The successful candidate will also:
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
