ServiceNow Project Manager currently required for a new role with a Global Leader in ITSM Deployment and Business Change based in Dublin on Contract.
Working as part of the highly experienced team you will provide a Project/Programme Management resource across an enterprise ServiceNow Implementation and provide direction to the managed services group.
You will be able to demonstrate strong client facing skills, expert stakeholder management and the ability to ensure best practice governance across the portfolio of projects. A track record in ensuring failing aspects of the project are flagged and addressed is also required.
In addition to the classic project management skills need this person will have a background in delivering ServiceNow implementations with an appreciation for both the technical and functional aspects of a successful delivery.
Ideally you will also have a keen appreciation for the wider Service Management world and hold ITIL certification. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful and competent ITSM consultancies in the UK.
