Description

Are you an ITIL certified Incident Manager with current Security Clearance? Do you want to work in mainland Europe and sample the delights of working in an international environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity working as an Incident Manager managing all critical/high priority incidents throughout their life cycle. You will be first stage escalation and be responsible for co-ordinating the resolver groups through to resolution. In addition you will be the communication bridge between all parties.

In addition to ITIL foundation you must have excellent communication skill and understand the full Service management life cycle and environment.
