Estates Valuation Surveyor - Mobile Telecoms property - Contract - Berkshire
Estates Valuation Surveyor required to work on a contract basis for a mobile telecoms company.
This is a new role working with the new government powers given to telecoms operators under the Digital Economy Act 2017 to allow for all residents to get access to telecoms/Internet.
The successful candidate will come from a Chartered Surveyors and or/CAAV accredited surveyors background with experience working in Telecoms or Utilities. This role will be bringing about change in current practise and therefore you will need to be Dynamic, engaging and very Agile. Your role initially will be to establish test cases to implement the new code (Electronic Communications Code- ECC). You will be part of a team running workshops and training the Managed service providers, Small works contractors and other suppliers.
The role will focus on the effective implementation of revised Lease and Agreement Renewal Processes, their ongoing evolution and optimisation and also compliance auditing.
