Description
CRM Trainer:
We are looking for a Trainer for the CRM systems and process training to customers' end user audiences after the roll out of the CRM system into stores.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecommunications industry, ex: CSR training, call center, field technician, CRM
- Quick learner
- Understand technical materials
- Familiar with different learning strategies and techniques
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Good communication skills
- Deliver training to trainers and/or end users, both in classroom and online
- Administer and collect feedback
- Able to travel abroad at short notice for potentially extended periods of time
- 2 - 3 years' experience as classroom instructor
- Experience in high tech industry (ex: IT, technical writing)
