Quarterly & Prorata Invoicing- STS & Sybenetix
Update revenue start on New Business Spreadsheet and Sales Force
Maintaining invoicing instructions spreadsheet
Updating monthly Forecast
Analyse monthly revenue change for invoicing
Weekly Pipeline Reports
Partnership Management- Phare, Smarsh and Digital Reasoning
Process Expenses for SVP on Concur
Liaising with AR on overdue invoices
General Invoice queries from customers
Add new opportunities on Sales Force when necessary.
Coding invoices, AP invoices on Peoplesoft
Essential:
RFP's and RFI Process Management - STS & Sybenetix
Vendor Questionnaire Management
Maintaining WIKI Page
Admin Support & Assistance to SVP (Arranging flights, team meetings, etc)
Prepare briefing materials for client calls and meetings.
Degree educated and a background in Analytics and or Stock Exchange would be beneficial.
