Senior Scrum Master - Dutch speaker
Overview:
Location: Netherlands
Duration: 2 months initial contract
Languages: Dutch (main); English (secondary)
Rate: Competitive market rate(Euros)/hour
Key skills:
- Certified Scrum Master, Single Team Scrum Experience, Multi-Team Scrum (Nexus/LeSS/SAFe)
- IT education HBO and work experience in ICT
- Extensive knowledge of Agile software development
- Extensive knowledge of facilitation techniques
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration techniques and tools
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Guide and coach 2 multidisciplinary development teams
- Helping to use the Agile/SAFe principles and translate the corresponding theory into the practical situation (not 1-on-1)
- Moderate various sessions
- Help the team if they indicate that there is a problem
- Actively initiate the organization to solve obstacles
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the teams
