Investigo Change Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Commercial Finance to work alongside our leading financial services client. This high-profile role is delivering a new core system that is used primarily by our client's commercial customers within supply chain and will require an individual who has exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in end to end delivery of both IT and Business Change projects. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial finance knowledge, and preferably previous exposure to systems change.
The role involves:
- Working with Senior Stakeholders to facilitate the replacement of an existing system
- Leading the overall project team with sole responsibility for the deployment & implementation of the new operational system
- Driving the deployment plan for Business and IT events schedule
- Informing the wider business on the projects progress via reporting, risk & issue management, Governance management
- Working collaboratively with a team of BAs & Junior PMs
- Strategic thinking and influencing in order to keep the overall delivery on track
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have 3 years Project Management experience, preferably within Commercial Finance
- Be experienced in delivering complex system changes from both a business and IT perspective
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues
- Be an expert influencer with a proven track record in gaining stakeholder buy in
