Description
Quality Control Analyst required to join our Financial Services Client on a Customer Rectifications Programme in Halifax. This role will run for an initial 4 months and can pay up to £342/day.
This role will support the quality control of rectifications for product areas to ensure that Governance & Policy has been adhered to.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
*Previous experience of Quality Control processes.
*Knowledge of Financial Services/Banking rectifications environment
*Ability to provide constructive and productive approach to feedback
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Good attention to detail
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*An understanding of Root Cause Analysis and outcome testing
*An ability to understand key procedures, systems, controls and compliance requirements
