Description
Our client, a large financial organisation based in Halifax, is looking for a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach to work on a large Process Automation programme within the Risk Function for an initial 6 month contract. The contract will pay up-to £558 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team as the organisation is moving from a traditional Waterfall approach to Agile delivery. You will be implementing process changes and efficiencies, driving cultural change and working out new ways of working.
You will have:
*Experience of working on similar Process Automation or Robotics projects
*Strong coaching background
*Team leadership
*Experience of driving organisations from Waterfall to Agile
*Experience of Agile leadership, training and mentoring.
