Accountant - Stress Testing
We are recruiting for a Stress Testing Accountant for a leading UK bank, to work on a contract basis in London. The successful will be required to assist in the groups testing cycle in a number of aspects; including financial modelling, test understanding, producing MI and conducting FP&A duties.
The candidate will be a strong finance/treasury accountant to assist with the banks internal and external stress tests. This is in preparation for ring fencing and would be suitable for a qualified accountant.
Skillset required:
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience of significant change in large organisation
* Prior experience running or completing critical finance activities as part of monthly financial reporting
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to interact with and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels across a large organisation
* Business unit financial reporting requirements within a large organisation
* Prior experience of Stress Testing is highly desirable
* Prior experience of financial modelling including understanding of key Economic indicators is highly desirable
