Description
A Renewable Energy client is looking for a Consultant to work as a Lead Contract Manager for their offshore wind farm project. The Contracts Manager will be based in the client's offices in Denmark, this is a 5 day working week, 8 hrs per day.Responsibilities:
- Together with Project Director pro-actively manage claims, counter-claims, ongoing follow up etc, turn-key contract with Asset Owner.
- To ensure contract management and claim negotiations together with contract managers on supply contracts.
- To ensure coordination with lead contract manager, contract managers, and Project Director
- To manage execution activities and gates.
- To ensure continuous update of PO value in SAP according to estimate of Cost to Complete in cooperation with Project Manager.
- To ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Ensure compliance with Procurement Management Plan & Proc Manual.
- 3 - 5 years. Experience with contract management from construction project or offshore projects in the US.
- 3 - 5 years. Experience working on various types of contract management (FIDIC or similar).
- Relevant technical; legal or commercial education BSc or MSc level.
The Consultant must bring his/her own mobile telephone (i-Phone 4S,5C, 5S, 6 or 6+ or a Window phone 8.1 & PC with MS Office software.
