Business Analyst Qualifications:
- Elicit and document requirements
- Participates/Drives business requirement discussions/workshops
- Identifies system enhancements, documents business needs, and determines development impacts to current system
- Experience with process and business modelling
- Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
- Recommend business priorities and advise on business options
- Create and maintain Cost Benefit Analysis
- Participates in project work, including analysis, requirements definition, and design and testing
- Coordinates all areas of system testing, including preparation, execution, and installation support to assure quality system changes
- Works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy of implementation of business requirements/enhancements
- Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals
- Should have very good communication and soft skills to work with business stakeholders
- Should have good requirement elicitation and documentation skills
- Should have good appreciation of data in the context of EDW and Business Intelligence/Analytics
