Description
I am recruiting for a newly qualified accountant to take a role as a Financial Reporting Accountant for a prestigious business on the Berkshire/Oxfordshire border.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring UKGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS and SOX compliance
- Completing monthly reporting packs and maintaining accounting records for UK and offshore companies
- Drafting of statutory accounts for UK and offshore companies, including liaison with auditors
- Completion of FCA and other regulatory returns inputs for designated regulated entities
- Liaison and review of shared service centre activities
Experience and knowledge required:
- Accounting, journal entry, reconciliations and variance analysis experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Newly-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Experience of Hyperion & Oracle (advantageous)
- Preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS, UK and US GAAP
