Description
We are looking for SAP Transition Manager to work in Warsaw Poland with occasional travel to Copenhagen/Denmark on contract basis. Contract duration is 6-9 Months to start with a possible extension.
The ideal Transition Manager should have the following skill set;
- Seasoned Transition Manager with many documented projects under his/her belt.
- Extensive experience from SAP Projects and ideally SAP Transition Projects
- Project plans, preparations, pre-analysis
- Knowledge Transfer workshops
- On-boarding plans
- Go-live/Shadowing
- Excellent Documentation Skills, Creating Guidelines
- KPIs/SLA
- Fluent Business level Polish language
- Ability to work on-site in Poland full-time
- Can travel on request in Europe
- EU Work Permit/Passport, eligibility to work in Poland and Denmark.

Location: Warsaw/Poland
Rate: 70-90 Euros/Hour
