Square one are looking for a Devops Lead to come on board for a 3 month rolling contract based in Central London
DevOps Transformation Lead
- Has been involved in DevOps transformation at an organisational level before
- The Agile-DevOps Transformation Lead is responsible for setting up, managing, and evangelizing the culture, practices, processes and tools that enable the business of software development and operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile and the various points at which development and operations could be improved by better process improvement, tools, automation and metrics that can be gathered to improve bank's transformation.
- Leading Agile & DevOps transformation on the largest scale and apply organizational and cultural change management techniques to make transformation a success.
- Demonstrable success speaking with CxO level leaders within organisations about the opportunities and approaches to adopting the DevOps Service mgmt
- Agile Methodologies, Scrum, particularly at scale within an organization
- Over 5+ years of experience leading scaled Agile initiatives and 10+ years of experience leading transformational cross-functional IT initiatives
- Strong service management experience with execution mindset to manage and track progress against transformation goals
This is a 3 month rolling contract based in London starting immediately.
