Communications Manager - Customer Journey
A large Financial Services Client based in Central London is currently seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join a key strategic business transformation programme, focusing on improving the Customer Journey and overall customer experience. Initial contracts will be for 12 months and rate-card will pay £450-£475 per day.
A key role within an important programme, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development & execution of the internal communications strategy and plans across the Account Opening & On-boarding journey.
To be successful in this role, our client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;
* Previous experience as a Communications Manager with large Financial Services/Banking/Insurance clients
* Detailed knowledge across the full Internal Communications landscapes
* Strong analytical & planning skills will be key
* Experience of working in a fast-paced change environment with the customer at the heart
* Familiarity with Customer Journey projects and analysis
* Proficiency with MS Office with excellent written & oral communication skills
* Comfortable working with a range of Business Stakeholders at different levels of the business
* Design & video experience preferred (knowledge of Photoshop)
