Media Manager - Performance

My client who are a leading telecommunications company in London are currently looking for a Media Manager - Performance to join the technology the Consumer team on a contract basis.

Role purpose: Strategic development, management and implementation of performance media, including planning, buying and optimisation of media, to maximise consumer sales performance. Line management and development responsibility of performance media team across press & outdoor, PPC, display and social media. Responsibility for data transformation and digital performance acceleration. Management of a performance media budget of >£20m.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Manage omni-channel performance media, designed to maximise media driven sales
  • Offline and online media optimisation to maximise retail, online and tele sales
  • Dynamic digital media management and acceleration of E-commerce, through product prioritisation and optimisation
  • DMP development and integration
  • Reporting and measurement of media investment - including attribution modelling
  • Line manage, develop and grow the media team
  • Budget management

Key performance indicators:

  • Sales and market share growth
  • Ecommerce growth
  • CPA performance
  • Media, Commercial and Online departmental strategic alignment
