Mosaic Project Officer - Contract - North London - £175/day - 6 months+
Work package required:
The customer finance team recently began using the Mosaic case management system. This represents a significant change in team processes and therefore requires a project manager to ensure a successful implementation period.
Using agile project management skills, this individual will be required to:
- Support the customer finance team to manage the resolution of issues arising from Mosaic implementation, including issues with invoicing clients. This will require setting up a monitoring system for new issues and collaborating closely with team members to understand where the key difficulties arise and the root causes of issues; then a disciplined approach to develop a clear solution Pathway.
- Embed new processes within the teams that arise through Mosaic implementation or issues. This will require working closely with the team to agree and embed changes, and supportin them to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement a new deputeeship and appointeeship system (CASPAR). This is a supplementary system to Mosaic and gives the council the ability to securely administer direct payments to those who cannot manage their own finances. CASPAR has not yet gone live, so the individual will need to quickly develop a strong understanding of the system and implement a change management programme with relevant teams. The project manager will also be required do adequately solve any arising issues following implementation.
Skills:
The individual will be required to have the following skill set:
- Project and change management experience
- Disciplined, with the ability to develop clear methodologies and track approaches
- Knowledge and experience of adults charging and billing
- Ideally experience and understanding of Adult Social Care Case Management systems, especially Mosaic
