Description
SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect required for Singapore Contract. We are looking for a world class SuccessFactors Architect for an exciting new project in Singapore. This contract is available to start now through to August 2019.
1. Background
Our cliet will be implementing an Enterprise Transformation program covering Finance, HR, Purchasing and Expense
Management globally.You will be with our client to lead the implementation of a full Suite of HCM modules including EC, Talent, Compensation & Variable Pay, On-boarding and WFA
2. Tasks
to drive the overall development of the entire integrated solution to provide an end-to-end HCM solution across the SF modules
3. Timeline
a. Pre-project (Dec 2017) - planning and preparation activities to fully define the scope, timelines and activities
b. Project Launch - Jan 2018
c. Project completion - Aug 2019
d. on-site in Singapore with some trips to London
4. Skillset Expectation
a. You should have implementation experience with large, global projects with Multinational Companies
b. Architect should have experience solutioning for large complex SF implementations across a wide variety of modules
and geographies. Experience in integration with various other ERP and HCM solutions beneficial
c. Strong leadership and team management skills
d. Excellent communication skills
5. Scope
a. Working as part of team of consultants and architects to design, develop and deliver the solution
b. Follow the activate methodology
c. Integrate into the other project streams as part of the overall transformation program for customer
d. As part of the overall program the team will also work with partners and vendors supporting the client
