Description
Finance Manager - (CIMA or ACCA or ACA)
- My global client requires a Finance Manager who has proven leadership ability, the Finance Manager must have managed large complex teams and will be responsible for all clients' margin review and cost of sales for the EMEA-APAC.
- Prepare the monthly sales and margin analysis and reports by product and by region.
- Review the deferred revenues and Accrued revenues schedules.
- Review monthly royalties' expenses.
- Prepare ad hoc schedules to support financial accounting entries, beneficiary queries, audits etc
- Resolve any related queries, both internal and externally led
- Enhancing management reporting and KPI's for revenues
- Implementation of best practice procedures and manuals for revenues and royalties costs.
- Work closely with the Finance team E.M.E.A. to assess overall financial trends.
- Manage compliance with US GAAP and ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met including revenues recognition issues.
- Continuously enforce internal controls under SOX to ensure adequacy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis to local and E.M.E.A. management.
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 5 years post/qualification experience gained in commerce or industry in a non/audit role
- Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent accounting systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent English written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Detail oriented and organized in work with the ability to meet assigned deadlines
