Description
This is an urgent requirement for an immediately available contractor with Business improvement and business analysis skills across Purchasing, Finance and Sales. Your experience would ideally include automated provisioning, billing and bundling of public cloud services.
You'll have extensive experience of working within complex, public-facing web developments, as well as exposure to enterprise-scale projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills are absolutely paramount in this environment, as well as a solid understanding of Agile principles and the ability to work as part of a team.
What this role involves
- Produce end-to-end view of processes for Public Cloud contracts and their interoperability
- Define new processes and documentation to support provisioning, purchasing and selling Public Cloud services.
- Advising business area owners on improved processes
- Develop business process to systems mapping templates
- Produce use case scenarios to assist with automation and testing
- Support business areas to embed processes
What we'll need you to bring
- Substantial BA experience, preferably in an Agile environment
- In depth knowledge of ERP applications and business functional areas for PO, AR, AP and GL.
- In depth knowledge of CRM/SFA applications, such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics or equivalent. Demonstrable knowledge of NetSuite ideal.
- Experience of the configuration of CRM and ERP systems to achieve effective business solutions
- Experience of projects involving data and system integration with third party platforms and databases.
- Excellent oral and written documentation skills, and effective communication with stakeholders and management
