Description

I am currently recruiting for an Interim Sox Compliance Analyst position based Northamptonshire.

This position works to ensure that the site is compliant with Sarbanes Oxley 404 Regulations. Working within a small team to ensure that all Site SOx processes and workflows are documented and kept current, and that all new procedures are documented in accordance with SOx requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Finance and Functional department members, to ensure the Site is SOx Compliant
  • Maintenance of SOx process documentation (including process flows walkthroughs) and the management of the SOx database
  • Audit of internal controls and processes and following up non-compliance
  • Segregation of Duties Audit
  • Audit of key spreadsheets that drive financial transactions
  • Administer monthly Site SOx Self Assessment process
  • Co-ordinating requirements for internal and external audits including year end audits

Experience Required:

  • Awareness of Sarbanes Oxley 404 Regulations
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a financial/accounting position.
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access and Visio.
  • Attention to detail is essential

Rate - £17.02 per hour

Locations - Northamptonshire

Contract - 8 months
